A Beautiful Setting with Uncompromised Convenience

Located a short distance from Wingaersheek Beach, one of New England’s most beautiful beaches, The Village at West Gloucester is also conveniently located just one mile from Route 128. While your home at The Village is a tranquil haven from the stresses of a fast-paced society, you will not compromise on convenience. Boston is approximately a 45-minute drive. If you prefer to commute by train, two commuter rail stations are ten minutes from your door. Of course, downtown Gloucester is only minutes away, with its many great restaurants, shops, houses of worship, and cultural and recreational points of interest. The North Shore Mall is less than 20 minutes away. The new Gloucester Crossing is now open - a brand-new 195,000 square foot shopping plaza with a distinctive mix of 30+ shops retail stores, dining options and convenient services. Market Basket and Marshalls are among the now open stores.
